HOW TO PLAY

The little rulebook

Clear a stage to unlock Next stage. Choose Standard play to select your own puzzle or deal.
Press Play and wait for the countdown. Tap the matching pad when a note reaches the line. Use F or ← for left, J or → for right.
Early stages use only the left lane. Later patterns add side changes, shorter gaps and rests. Release the finger or key between beats instead of holding it down.
A close hit is Perfect; a slightly wider hit is Good. Missing a note gives a Miss. Tapping a rest gives a stray. Perfect and Good extend your combo; misses and strays break it.
Play through the final note and reach at least 70% to clear. Strays reduce your score, so watch the notes instead of tapping repeatedly. Retry the same rhythm to practise.
Sound is optional. Turn Site sound on to hear short original tones marking the beats. This setting applies across the site.
Your performance and score are saved. After leaving, resume manually and wait for the countdown. The chart and score stay still during that countdown.
Stages progress through five levels, then continue with fresh patterns. These original charts use short motifs, repetition and variation.
