Air Hockey — How to play and useful tips
Move your paddle around your half and return the puck against the CPU. Use the walls to find the opponent’s goal.
Controls
- You play the lower half; the CPU plays the upper half. Choose CPU strength and the opening server, then start the match. The puck waits until you press Serve.
- Hold and drag on the table to move your paddle toward that position. Direction buttons, arrow keys and WASD also work. Release the finger or key to stop. Your paddle stays in your half.
Playing tips
- Strike the round puck into the opposing goal. A point counts when the entire puck crosses the goal line. The walls and edges of the goal mouth bounce it back.
Common questions
What makes this game different?
Puck, paddles and scores are saved during play. Leaving pauses the match; resume manually when you return. Resuming a serve-ready state never launches the puck automatically. This site offers a short first-to-five match.
